Ganesh Chaturthi Special: Know-how these popular TV artists are ready to welcome Lord Ganesha in their homes

While the entire nation is gearing up to welcome Lord Ganesha, the cast of Zee TV are also excited and thrilled to celebrate the festival. Artists like Mansi Srivastava, Sanjay Gagnani, Amandeep Sidhu, Parul Chaudhary, Aashi Singh, Shagun Pandey, Pooja Banerjee, Vivana Singh shared their fondest memories related to this festival and told how to celebrate this festival this year. What is their plan with it?

I have never kept Ganpati idol at home: Mansi Srivastava

I have never kept a Ganpati idol at home, as I live alone in Mumbai and find it difficult to take time out of my shoots to decorate and prepare. However, I love visiting the beautiful pandals made by my friends at their homes and seeking blessings. This year too, I am looking forward to taking some time off from the shoot of Kundali Bhagya to visit his house. The best thing I like about this festival is that it brings joy and excitement to everyone’s face. During this festival, everyone is full of enthusiasm, dance, and enthusiasm. I am really happy to see this.

I also love joining the immersion on the streets of Mumbai and dancing with people on the Nashik Dhol and the rest of the bands playing in the background. It’s great fun watching people enjoy it. While we definitely miss all these celebrations, it is imperative that we keep our celebrations simple in view of the COVID environment. Nevertheless, let’s not dilute the festive spirit and welcome Bappa with warmth and love.

Ganpati Bappa is such a god to whom I pray every morning: Parul Chaudhary

Ganesh Chaturthi means the beginning of the festive season, with a great atmosphere and joy all around. Ganpati Bappa is the obstacle and one such God to whom I pray every morning. This year during the festival, I will be shooting for ‘Bhagya Laxmi’ every day for most of the time but will definitely try to meet my close friends and their Ganpati and eat prasad. However, this time the celebrations will definitely be simple and it is necessary considering the current COVID environment.

Bappa also wants us to be safe. My only prayer to Bappa is that we get out of the situation of covid at the earliest and start a normal life. People have lost their jobs and are struggling financially. At the same time, the atmosphere in Afghanistan is also heart-wrenching. I hope and pray that the world gets better.

I wish everyone a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi: Ashi Singh

Honestly, I love all the festivals celebrated in India and Ganesh Chaturthi being one of the major festivals holds a special place in my heart. This means a lot to me because last year I made a vow that whenever I buy a new house, I will bring Ganpati Bappa to my house, and luckily this year I was able to buy my house as if Bappa has fulfilled my dream. . Since I am shooting for Meet this year, I will not be able to prepare as much as I did last year.

However, I will definitely take out a day to be with Bappa and offer my prayers to him. I like to go to Ganpati pandals late at night, but this time also we should keep the celebrations limited due to restrictions on social gatherings and due to COVID-19 rules. Despite all this, I wish everyone a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi, may Bappa bring lots of love, prosperity, and happiness to your life.

I pray to Lord Ganesha to remove all our obstacles this year: Pooja Banerjee

The threat of epidemic is still looming, so this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi will be very different from normal. This year, I will not go out for darshan, but I will definitely worship Ganpati Bappa at home. I love modaks too, so I will enjoy them by making some modaks at home. Actually, this year will be different in terms of festivities, but the excitement and enthusiasm will remain the same. I have been in love with this festival since childhood and every year from the time I brought the idol home till the time of immersion, I used to dance on this festival with great fervor.

I also used to play the dhol to bring Bappa to my home in Nagpur. In Mumbai too, Ganesh Utsav has been a great occasion to meet friends, as we all used to visit our friends’ houses during the festivities. The sad thing is that this year we will all remain untouched from meeting our friends and celebrating the festival, but I wish everyone a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. I pray to Lord Ganesha to remove all our obstacles this year.

I request people to celebrate their traditional celebrations in a simple way this year also: Sanjay Gagnani

I haven’t got much chance to bring Bappa home, but I have many friends who bring Ganesh Ji to their homes with great enthusiasm and joy. The decorations and celebrations of this festival are nothing short of grandeur and the food is such that it is pleasing to everyone’s mind. Being a foodie, I really want to indulge in homemade modaks and delicacies during this festival.

This year too, I am planning to take some time out from the shooting of Kundali Bhagya to welcome Bappa, though the ceremony will be very simple. Every year, I go to seek the blessings of the king of Lalbaug, but this time I plan to do online darshan, which the government has kept for all the devotees. I really request people to follow it and celebrate their traditional celebrations in a simple way this year too.

Special conversation: On return, Genelia D’Souza said – If everything goes well, I will start shooting for a film by the end of next year

Actress Genelia D’Souza Deshmukh is away from the screen today due to family busyness. But even today he has millions of fans. Genelia is also known for her lifestyle. The latest news is that she wants to return to the screen once again. He has spoken to Dainik Bhaskar on his fitness, return to Bollywood. Here are the key excerpts from the conversation with Genelia –

How much do you take care of fitness by staying away from the limelight?

Earlier, she did not pay any attention to fitness, but Corona has explained the importance of fitness. I started going to the gym only during Corona. Ritesh and I complement each other. Ritesh is more inclined towards fitness than me. I pay more attention to diet and lifestyle. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are very important in life and we ignore them the most. We do not think that our health should also be taken care of. If we eat protein, then immunity will increase automatically, but this does not happen. Because I was a non-vegetarian earlier and now I don’t even eat eggs. Now I feel that I am healthier than before. The right information is very important for the right fitness. Eat homemade food, it is best for immunity.

How much time are you able to devote to exercise due to family busyness?

Before Corona, she did not even go to the gym, because it was not good to go to the gym. I feel that after becoming a mother, all my time was devoted to the children. Then I forget to take care of myself, but after knowing the importance of health, I give one hour a day for exercise and a mental break for my own health. I think fitness increases your immunity three times more.

Even today, there are millions of fans of your beauty and acting, then why are you craving them by staying away from the screen?

Actually, my kids were very young then. Now he has grown enough to take care of himself. I enjoy the phase in which I live. When I was an actor, I used to love acting. I enjoy being in front of the camera. I don’t like being in the limelight of award shows as much as working in front of the camera. I remember when I was an actor, I worked continuously for 12 years. Didn’t take a day off. But when I got married, I realized that I need a break because it is a new phase. I wanted to be close to the kids at home. When I had children, I felt it was necessary to give them time. I have done a lot of films in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc., but haven’t done a single Marathi film till now, it is on my bucket list. I have started listening to the story. I should be back on screen, but there has to be the right script for that. Right now it is not that I have to do three-four films every year. Now I will do a film, then I will do it with all my heart and that will be very important for me.

What are the preparations for the return? For how long will you be able to see you on screen?

I think I will start shooting by the end of this year. However, the shooting of my ed is on. I’ve started a little bit in the baby product and ad worlds. Everything is visible now. Have done a lot of edits this year. I have just come to a campaign of Wix. I think if all goes well, I will start shooting for the film by the end of next year.

Well, most actresses sideline their careers for their families, it’s a big deal, but how much do you agree with that?

I think every phase is important. It’s not that I don’t want to act. I have to work, but can’t give my full attention to it at a time, then there is no point in doing that. My best role I think is Being Mom. Enjoyed this role the most. Not only children, you also learn a lot from children. I pay a lot of attention to my diet and fitness because of my kids. Because if I have to tell and teach my children, then I must come first. I don’t see it as a sacrifice because when I have to come back, I can do it. Roles are also enough nowadays. Not everyone acts like a college girl. There is also the role of mother here and it is also very important. Now cinema has also changed. It belongs to commoner and middle-class families. Films are being made in this way, it is very exciting for me because the role of a college girl has been done a lot and that too in many languages. I am finding this new cinema, for which I am interested.

You are also known for your style, how do you stay updated?

Actually, my style is very simple. I wear what I feel comfortable in. I am a girl who likes to wear shoes etc. Now I also like to wear eyeglasses with a saree. My style goes more towards comfort.

How thoroughly do you promote a product?

First of all, I pay a lot of attention to health. I have a rule of 80% and 20%. That means 80% must be healthy. I am promoting Vicks VapoRub inhalation, then know about its merits. I posted nutrition because it got confused that people used to say that this is right and that is wrong. But, posted the nutrition itself, because non-vegetarian had become vegetarian and it became vegan. During this, I came to know that knowledge should be there. Today I know that even a single banana contains one gram of protein, whereas earlier it seemed that bananas would not contain hundreds of percent protein. At the moment, I do not go much towards diet. I think lifestyle should be followed. My children eat normal roti, khichdi. Saturday-Sunday we take a break. We eat whatever we want, but we make it at home. I think you can make everything. Just, all the ingredients should be right, thinking should be equal, my investment is in my food only.
